It is only 50 metres away from the cosmopolitan beach of Koum Kapi, where you will come across many cafeterias, bars, restaurants and taverns. Koum Kapi is definitely the place to start your evening outings, to have your first drinks and to enjoy your dinner, surrendered to the sound of the waves and the sea breeze.

Equally near and at a mere distance of less than 200 metres lies the Old Venetian Harbour and the Old City of Chania. Wander around the narrow Venetian streets of the Old City and be carried away to another time. You may also stroll down the picturesque Old Venetian Harbour of Chania and see the famous Venetian Lighthouse that is overlooking the Harbour. The Eastern Moat Theatre is opposite the Hotel on its north side and the National Stadium of Chania is right on the next block on the south side of the hotel.
