- Cancellation, in two (2) or less days prior to arrival or a Non- Show, there is a charge of the first night
- More than 2 days prior, full refund

During Medium Season (01/06-13/07 & 01/09-30/09):
- Cancellation, in seven (7) or less days prior to arrival or a Non- Show, there is a charge of the first night
- More than 7 days prior, full refund

During High Season (14/07 - 31/08):
- Cancellation, in fourteen (14) or less days prior to arrival or a Non- Show, there is a charge of the 2 first nights
- More than 14 days prior, full refund
